After winning the Alter do Chão Stud Farm concession under the Revive program, Vila Galé intends to recover and reconvert some parts of the development - the country house, the old stables, the administrative building and the old pigpens - and turn them into a four-star hotel dedicated to the equestrian theme. It is expected that this unit, which will merit an investment of eight million Euros, will feature 77 rooms, a spa and a regional gastronomy restaurant. With the investment in the Alter Stud Farm, the group intends to make one further contribution to develop the country's inland and create a pole of tourism and regional development in the district of Portalegre.
