It features just a single chamfered face and is a very simplistic design. Generally, a plinth block is taller than the skirting and wider than the architrave. However, it is personal preference and you can have them the same height as the skirting and same width as the architrave (they can never be smaller as they will not work!). You also need to choose a thicker size to work with skirting and architrave (if skirting / architrave is 18mm, plinth should be 25mm at least).
